Delete your Signal Studio connection data.

Disconnect providers, delete Signal Studio’s service-side connection record, or remove spreadsheet history whenever you choose—from a phone or computer.

Disconnect TikTok

  1. Open the Signal Studio setup portal in any modern mobile or desktop browser.
  2. Continue with the same Google account that created the tracker.
  3. Select Disconnect TikTok and confirm.

Signal Studio will request that TikTok revoke the stored authorization, remove the encrypted TikTok credentials from its service, and stop future TikTok synchronization for that tracker.

For additional certainty, you may also remove Signal Studio from TikTok’s authorized-app settings.

Delete the complete connection

In the setup portal, choose Delete connection data to remove Signal Studio’s encrypted Google and TikTok tokens, connected-account profile details, and service-side installation record. Signal Studio will request provider-token revocation where supported and stop all future synchronization.

The deletion also removes sessions, synchronization logs tied to the installation, and the link between the purchase entitlement and the connected Google account. It does not erase the minimal one-way and encrypted Etsy purchase-verification record or support-code record. The protected purchase-entitlement record and secure access cookie remain available for a future reactivation unless support revokes them.

Your customer-owned Google Sheet remains in your Drive unless you delete it. This separation gives you control over whether to keep, export, or erase the tracker and its history.

Delete spreadsheet history

Your Google Sheet belongs to you. To remove stored metrics, delete rows from the TikTok History, TikTok Video History, and TikTok Daily Performance tabs, remove the tracker tabs, or delete the entire spreadsheet from Google Drive.

Google’s own retention rules apply to items in Drive and Trash.

If the tracker is unavailable

Email support@remori.io and ask for connection-data deletion. Include your Etsy order number and, only if needed, the Google account email used during setup. Do not send spreadsheet contents, share a private Sheet link, or grant Drive access. If you also want purchase access disabled, explicitly ask support to revoke the purchase entitlement; that makes its existing secure access cookie unusable.

Never send your TikTok password, Google password, access token, or verification code. Support will never ask for them.

What remains after disconnecting

Existing account and video history remains in your customer-owned Google Sheet until you delete it. After complete connection deletion, Signal Studio may retain keyed hashes derived from the Etsy receipt number and matched purchase proof (purchase email or receipt name), the eligible listing and cancellation state, a one-way support-code hash where applicable, a random entitlement identifier, and a one-way access-token hash needed to validate the purchase and prevent reuse. The receipt and purchased-transaction IDs may also remain encrypted for payment-status checks. Those remaining records do not contain the readable purchase email, receipt name, support code, provider credentials, TikTok metrics, or Google profile.

The public website and setup page remain available, but they do not publicly display the metrics stored in your tracker. Clearing Signal Studio site data in your browser removes the local secure access cookie; asking support to revoke the entitlement also invalidates it server-side.
