Delete your Signal Studio connection data.

You can disconnect the TikTok connection and remove spreadsheet history whenever you choose. These are separate actions because the spreadsheet belongs to you.

Effective August 1, 2026

Disconnect from the tracker

  1. Open your Signal Studio Google Sheet.
  2. Choose TikTok Tracker → Open tracker from the spreadsheet menu.
  3. Select Disconnect account and confirm.

Signal Studio will request that TikTok revoke the stored token, delete the service-side installation record and connection credentials, turn off daily synchronization, and remove local connection identifiers and cached profile details from the tracker.

For additional certainty, you may also remove Signal Studio from TikTok’s authorized-app settings.

Delete spreadsheet history

Your Google Sheet belongs to you, so Signal Studio cannot delete its contents remotely. To remove stored metrics, delete rows from the TikTok History and TikTok Video History tabs, remove the tracker tabs, or delete the entire spreadsheet from Google Drive.

Google’s own retention rules apply to items in Drive and Trash.

If the tracker is unavailable

Use the Etsy conversation connected to your Signal Studio purchase and ask for connection-data deletion. Include only the minimum purchase and spreadsheet details needed to locate the installation.

Never send your TikTok password, Google password, access token, or verification code. Support will never ask for them.

What remains after disconnecting

Existing account and video history remains in your customer-owned Google Sheet until you delete it. The public website may remain available, but it does not contain your connected TikTok metrics.
