1. Agreement and operator
By using Signal Studio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Signal Studio by Remori is offered under the Remori brand and operated by Hartistic LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Joshua Hart is the product owner and contact representative. If you do not agree, do not connect an account or use the service.
2. What Signal Studio provides
Signal Studio is a phone-friendly setup service and Google Sheets workspace that organizes authorized TikTok account totals, recent public-video metrics, and optional historical snapshots. The service can create the tracker in the customer’s Google Drive and update that specific file after the customer authorizes Google and TikTok.
Setup is designed to work in a modern mobile or desktop browser and does not require a desktop-only Google Sheets menu. Signal Studio is not an advertising analytics service, publishing tool, or archive of metrics from before the first successful connection.
The service supports one active TikTok tracker per connected Google account. Review cards use up to the 500 most recent public videos returned during a sync. Engagement rows show the current lifetime totals on videos published in the selected week, month, or year; they do not represent engagement earned only during that period. The video-history tab is a rolling log with capacity for 5,000 video-day snapshots, while the account-history tab retains up to 5,000 daily rows.
The service depends on TikTok, Google, and other platform services that may change, limit, or discontinue features.
3. Eligibility and account authority
You must meet the age and account requirements of TikTok, Google, and Etsy. You may connect only Google and TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to use, and you may track only a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your accounts, spreadsheet, and devices secure.
4. License and acceptable use
Your license to use the tracker and connection service is the license stated in the applicable Etsy listing. For an eligible instant-download purchase, Etsy provides the ready-made Start Here file after payment confirmation and Signal Studio verifies the paid order before issuing one purchase entitlement. A support activation code may be issued only as a recovery method. Purchase access may not be shared, resold, or used after a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or revocation. These website Terms do not expand the Etsy license.
Order verification requires the Etsy receipt number plus the purchase email Etsy provides. If the receipt has no usable email, the exact buyer name shown on that receipt may be used instead. If an eligible paid order cannot be verified automatically, contact support@remori.io with the Etsy order number. Never send a Google or TikTok password or verification code.
You may not:
- Connect an account without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass platform limits, security controls, or requested permissions.
- Guess, harvest, automate, or share order-verification details or support activation codes, or attempt to obtain more trackers than the purchase permits.
- Interfere with the service or use it to extract data for an unrelated surveillance, resale, or profiling purpose.
- Misrepresent Signal Studio as affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Google, or Etsy.
- Resell or redistribute the template except where the Etsy listing expressly permits it.
5. Data, availability, and accuracy
Metrics are supplied by TikTok and may be delayed, rounded, revised, unavailable, or affected by platform limits. Calculated engagement rates depend on the available public counts. Background synchronization, where offered and enabled, also depends on continued Google and TikTok authorization. Signal Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted service, real-time reporting, or a complete lifetime history.
6. Payments and refunds
Purchases, payment processing, download access, and any refund terms are governed by the applicable Etsy listing, Etsy’s policies, and the seller’s shop policies.
7. Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how the connection service processes Google, TikTok, Etsy purchase-verification, entitlement, and security information. You may disconnect or delete the connection through the Signal Studio setup portal and follow the Data Deletion instructions to remove service-side connection records and customer-controlled spreadsheet history. Deleting a connection does not erase the minimal hashed purchase-verification and entitlement record needed to prevent reuse or abuse.
8. Suspension and termination
Purchase entitlements, support codes, sessions, or background updates may be limited, suspended, or revoked when necessary to protect the service, comply with platform or legal requirements, address misuse, honor a cancellation or refund, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using Signal Studio and disconnect at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Signal Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from platform changes, account action, data delay, or customer modification of the spreadsheet.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes, applicable law, and contact
These Terms may change when the product or applicable requirements change. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
