1. Agreement and operator
By using Signal Studio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Signal Studio is operated by the seller identified in the Etsy transaction through which you received the product. If you do not agree, do not connect an account or use the service.
2. What Signal Studio provides
Signal Studio is a Google Sheets-based workspace that organizes authorized TikTok account totals, recent public-video metrics, and optional daily snapshots. It is not an advertising analytics service, publishing tool, or archive of metrics from before the first successful connection.
The service depends on TikTok, Google, and other platform services that may change, limit, or discontinue features.
3. Eligibility and account authority
You must meet the age and account requirements of TikTok, Google, and Etsy. You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for keeping your Google account, spreadsheet, and devices secure.
4. License and acceptable use
Your license to use, copy, or share the spreadsheet template is the license stated in the applicable Etsy listing. These website Terms do not expand that license.
You may not:
- Connect an account without authorization.
- Attempt to bypass platform limits, security controls, or requested permissions.
- Interfere with the service or use it to extract data for an unrelated surveillance, resale, or profiling purpose.
- Misrepresent Signal Studio as affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Google, or Etsy.
- Resell or redistribute the template except where the Etsy listing expressly permits it.
5. Data, availability, and accuracy
Metrics are supplied by TikTok and may be delayed, rounded, revised, unavailable, or affected by platform limits. Calculated engagement rates depend on the available public counts. Signal Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted service, real-time reporting, or a complete lifetime history.
6. Payments and refunds
Purchases, payment processing, download access, and any refund terms are governed by the applicable Etsy listing, Etsy’s policies, and the seller’s shop policies.
7. Privacy and deletion
The Privacy Policy explains how the connection service processes information. You may disconnect the tracker at any time and follow the Data Deletion instructions to remove service-side connection data and spreadsheet history.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated when necessary to protect the service, comply with platform or legal requirements, address misuse, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using Signal Studio and disconnect at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Signal Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from platform changes, account action, data delay, or customer modification of the spreadsheet.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes, applicable law, and contact
These Terms may change when the product or applicable requirements change. The laws applicable to the seller identified in the Etsy transaction govern these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
